Saturday, Atka Q'd and got her third leg in Graduate Novice. She did the title in three shows with scores of 184.5, 174.5 and 180.
She NQ'd in Open but that is another story.
Over half of the dogs entered in GN ended up NQ'ing.

Atka disconnects from me.. always has. As long as I am somewhere near.. 1000 feet is near... she is OK with that. In the ring between exercises she is off sniffing ring gates and wandering around.. lagging. This was diagnosed as 'stress.'
This dog is NOT toy motivated (and I have moved heaven and earth trying to build toy drive). She is FOOD motivated.
The day she was excused, I let her see me put food in her bowl back at her crate, then we went in the ring..
The "stress" and "lagging" vainshed and she was flying around.. trying to get me to go faster to "get this done" so she could go eat.. As part of this she stood on her hind legs and jumped (like a person jumping) and barked at the judge (never touched him and was NOT aggressive). IF a JRT does this it is funny.. when a GSD does this it is not.. and we were excused. TGness she was not suspended....
Need to work on that.... <sigh>
